Each year, we will set out our priorities, which will help us achieve our corporate plan. Here are our priorities for 2022/23.
Optimise our operating performance to enhance financial strength
- Increase financial headroom in our business plan
- Develop and introduce our environmental, social and governance strategy
- Review our current service charge process and procedures
- Refinance our £110m loans
Ensure we continue to be well governed and are regulatory compliant
- Carry out an organisation wide review of policies and procedures
- Develop a data strategy to support how we deliver services
- Improve our approach to data governance
Ensure a strong and influential customer voice through our new customer engagement framework
- Continue to improve our digital services by launching a new website and developing a social media strategy
- Develop the role of our Community Connectors
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to meet the requirements of the building safety act

- Delivery of inclusion strategy actions to promote an inclusive workplace
Review colleague communication and engagement channels to inform internal collaboration
- Provide more opportunities to facilitate and promote internal collaboration
