By 2023 we will:

Maintain 100% home safety compliance
- Develop and introduce person centred risk assessments for customers living in high rise buildings
- Implement our building safety information model that will drive our decision making.
Maintain Salix Homes Property Standard
- Introduce our 2023/25 asset management strategy
- Embed our zero-tolerance approach to damp and mould
- Develop and introduce our sustainability strategy to become carbon neutral by 2038/2050
Delivering quality, diverse affordable homes
- Review our plans to create a contemporary standard of homes for older people
