We aim to provide high quality homes for our customers, making sure they are safe, contemporary, affordable and meet the needs of our existing and future residents as we create more homes for people in Salford and beyond.
In 2020 - 21 we have:
Built or acquired 115 new homes
Started our journey to achieving the Building a Safer Future Charter Champion Status demonstrating our commitment to building safety
Completed the cladding remediation and undertaken safety enhancement work across our tower blocks
of fire risk assessments completed
of our homes are now improved to a higher decent homes’ standard
Launched our new affordable home ownership brand Willo Homes to help increase housing choice and deliver more affordable housing opportunities
affordable homes opened in our new high-rise development Artifex
